UNLEASH was a training program developed for Sodexo employees. The main goal was to "unleash" the management skills that everyone can have to prepare operational employees for future management positions. The idea was to have characters that represent the diversity of Sodexo employees, so people could relate immediately to one or more characters, generating empathy and therefore helping absorb the training contents.

Some adaptations had to be made for the final colored version because Sodexos guidelines only permit us to use a limited amount of colors. Also, some minor details were left aside to keep the characters clean and more versatile.

With the absence of contour lines, we're able to create new poses and variations fast. Very helpful to keep the project up and running within the schedule.
