A short animation to accompany an interview with Morty Scanlon, a Microsoft employee who is gay and pushes actively for inclusion of all types in the workplace and beyond. Morty discusses his own experience of becoming comfortable being out in the workplace and how he tries to use what he learned from his own journey into his efforts to make this possible for others. Released to celebrate Pride month 2023.

A pared-down rainbow palette gave the celebratory, kaleidoscopic Pride feeling we were looking for (and allowed me to use my preferred palette!) while keeping the visual language cohesive and not too widely strewn across the colour spectrum.
