1Q84 Cover Redesign

When making the cover, a linear sans serif typeface (35-ftr) and a modern Roman (Joane) were used in their different weights, creating a typographical contrast and weight contrast.

Hierarchy was taken into account, going from above to the bottom in a symmetrical composition. In this way attention is achieved not only to through color, but through a
visual tour.
Color choice is due to the concept and plot of the book. However, it is a basic color palette that was chosen because of its easy handling when giving transparencies, because of the spine of the book, using the law of interrelation of forms.

On the back cover we find a simple calligram, with the text forming a circle, just like Law of Closure when creating the counterform of the title letters with a 3D effect.
