Daniel Kniffin, owner, wanted to develop a clear strategy to grow the brand image, reputation, and in turn, profitability, of East Mountain Roofing by communicating more clearly and consistently with their ideal customer. I was able to guide Daniel and his key stakeholders through a series of brand strategy comprehensive brand strategy sessions that included alignment of goals, discovery of brand core, brand voice and messaging as well as a plan for implementation. Additionally we wrote full stories and plans for marketing to their primary and secondary ideal clients.
