The Art of Paper Folding
An identity, a catalogue, an invitation and a 3D poster were designed for an Origami art exhibit at Mingei International Museum. The exhibit is intended for anyone with an appreciation for paper folding, from traditional Origami to modern paper folding techniques.
A series of applications were created specifically for the event, such as: an invitation to the exhibit, an Origami envelope containing Origami paper and instructions on how to make a peace crane that would be handed out as a giveaway, a catalogue presenting the artists showcasing at the exhibit, and a 3D poster that illustrates the traditional Origami technique called Tessellation, which uses only mountain and valley folds to produce visually stunning geometric displays.
