As a photographer, my job is to capture moments, encapsulate memories and document the journey of lives, unions and events. I'm not a landscape photographer, nor do I specialize in nature or animals. I love photographing people because I'm intrigued by humanity. What makes us different, the same, like or dislike each other? What makes us happy motivated, indifferent? The ultimate question, what cultivates our interest in one another, growing inexplicably into unconditional love? How are we able to accept individual flaws to form unions that span time, space, trials and tribulations.
While I continue to search for that answer I won't take for granted the love I witness on a daily basis through the eyes of my clients. While I may never answer the question of love completely, that's okay. Humanity has been searching for the answer since the beginning of time and without a definitive explanation we seem to be doing just fine.
