Some time ago, I made these sample designs to apply for Roald Dahl's Matilda book, but sadly, I wasn't selected for the project. 

Matilda is one of my dearest stories, and it still resonates with me until this day, so I was just thrilled to be contacted for this and to work for one of my favorite editorials (even if it was briefly). I had so much fun illustrating Matilda and The Trunchbull <3
