The idea for this cover redesign came from an interview by the author Haruki Murakami; his thoughts on wanting to write this story similar to a jazz song. I felt it needed to show a lot of movement and chaos but still had to show some restraint and structure similar to a jazz song.
So, which one do you like? Personally, I like the first one.
