This project is based on the word ‘victory.’ I researched into people’s personal experiences of winning and how they felt. I found that scientifically it is not healthy for us to win in a competitive way and there are alternative ways that make us feel just as good. I have created two zines, one based on a ‘Victory high’ and one based on the ‘Low’ after a victory. Both zines are abstract typographical expressions of feelings. I created vibrant exciting imagery that could also make you feel a bit queasy looking at it, showing the tip from high to low. The zines are wrapped in a poster, exciting from the outside and explanatory from the inside. I wrapped them as it creates an excitement of unknown, just like the thought of winning.
