Hair of Hamish Scotch

Hair of Hamish Scotch Packaging
A brand tapping into the rugged landscape of the Scottish Highlands
Hair of Hamish is a young conceptual brand of blended scotch whiskey. Established in 1996, it derives its mark and name from Hamish, a famous highland cow who lives in Kilmahog, Scotland where the distillery is based. The full brand name refers to its hairy mascot but also the alcohol colloquialism “hair of the dog”. Thus the tagline reads “Some need the hair of the dog, Scots need something a wee bit stronger.” The brand aims to call to mind the rustic nature of the Highland landscape but to also imply the exquisite quality of the liquor itself.
