Lacquerware is one of the representatives of oriental culture. Except the historical background, it also takes a lot of effort and time to stack lacquer materials repeatedly to coexist with lacquerware. Lacquerware can best display its charm in the dim light. Lamps and utensils are used to show the thickness and depth of lacquerware in the dark. Gold leaf flickers in the dim light, and lights illuminate the darkness.

過去的作品我有做過木工,我希望可以從木工這方面作為一個出發點,到漆器進行更深入的探索。漆器是東方文化的代表之一,除了歷史背景之外,也需要耗費相當多的心力和時間,要反覆堆疊漆料,與漆器共處。

氣氛營造 Atmosphere creation
 
漆器最大的魅力,就是在微光、燭火閃爍的光線下,才能發揮最大作用,去展現那種像沼澤一樣的深度與厚度,那種隱沒在黑暗的幽暗美感。在陰翳禮讚書中也有談到漆器,我最喜歡的一句話就是「被燈火照亮的黑暗」,這打破以往我對光線的想像,不是用燈光讓黑暗消失,而是用燈光去照亮黑暗,所以我想在作品中呈現這樣的陰翳美學。
The greatest charm of lacquerware is that it can play its greatest role in the light of dim light and flickering candles, to show the depth and thickness like a swamp, and the gloomy beauty hidden in the darkness. Lacquerware is also mentioned in the book of praise for shadows. My favorite sentence is "darkness illuminated by lights". , so I want to present such shadowy aesthetics in my works.

最後我在器物和燈具的周圍上點綴了金粉及金箔,去反射燈火的明暗,這些金色的點綴不是要在明亮的地方一次顯露出來,而是在暗處微微發光,產生一種與觀者間難以言喻的共情感。同時,我在燈光上也做了與使用者間的小互動,在手靠近的時候可以看見閃動的金光。
Finally, I dotted gold powder and gold leaf around the utensils and lamps to reflect the light and shade of the lights. These golden embellishments are not intended to be revealed in bright places at once, but to glow slightly in the dark, creating a kind of incompatibility with the viewer. The empathy of words. At the same time, I also made a small interaction with the user on the light. When the hand is close, you can see the flashing golden light.

以概念、造型、漆器之文化底蘊,延伸造型發想、思考器物在不同造型及情境下的關係和形態。 最終造型以漆器主要用途的食器作為基礎發展。加工回來後擺放在一起成為一個整體。
