Challenge
Changing lifestyles from physical to digital poses a significant challenge, as it involves not only adapting to new technologies but also requires effective communication with a wide range of individuals, in addition to ensuring user-friendly software.

My Role
UX/UI Designer

Proposed solutions
Designed to reduce the time spent by veterinarians and customers. in accessing the service In order to be faster and more modern

Solve the problems
Most of the problems are talking to the clinical administrators on the implementation, education, and initial use. confidential information storage And what information can be provided to customers? and responsibility for What's wrong with measles care. how to deal with it.
Research
While an animal clinic management system can streamline operations and improve efficiency, there can be some common problems that might arise. Here are a few issues that can occur in the management of an animal clinic system.
After interviews with many veterinarians and clinics, our team identified the following problems.
Main point
-The frustration of finding old sick healing histories
-It takes a lot of time for initial screening.
-The customer data sheet is a closed system that is not connected.
Secondary point
-Learning curve: Implementing a new management system often requires staff members to learn and adapt to new software or processes. If the system is complex or lacks user-friendly interfaces, it can lead to a steep learning curve and require additional training for the staff, which may temporarily impact productivity.
-Limited customization: Some animal clinic management systems may not offer sufficient customization options to adapt to the specific needs and workflows of a particular clinic. This can hinder efficiency and force the staff to follow generic processes that might not align with their specific requirements.
-Integration with Existing Systems: An animal clinic may already have established systems, such as electronic health records (EHR) or billing systems. Integrating the app with these systems seamlessly can be a challenge, requiring careful planning, coordination, and potential development work to ensure data consistency and smooth workflows.
Our team brainstormed a Value Proposition canvas to find out what products could take the development of animal clinic management apps one step further.

But the hardest thing I think about this product is the huge amount of data transfer.
Solution
-Sick animal screening system, which is an animal registration kiosk, taking photos, weighing, and electronic queue cards.
-QR identification: Identify the animal registration number which is connected to the owner.
an animal that is linked to the owner

UI Prototyping
Users can choose to tick instead of having to sit and write a long history. This makes it easier for the program to diagnose the illness. One of the challenges in healthcare is to accurately diagnose illnesses and fast of initially while entering the patient's history.
Users can fill in their pre-arrival history through the mobile app, which will greatly save 10-30% of the time spent visiting the clinic in scheduling appointments and attending treatment.
This is the basic data that the program uses in this analysis based on illness data, and lessons learned by veterinarians.
1. Big Data, all animal disease data, more than 1000 Cornell diseases from friends who know each other in the industry. (this information is considered confidential and very valuable)
2. Information after diagnosing various symptoms, the doctor will come and tick. All available data through the diagnostic protocol. So that the veterinarian can choose to confirm the most probable diagnosis.
This is the front view ui of the app where the veterinarian looks at the information about the animal that I designed.
I put a lot of effort into presenting the first set of information to the veterinarians at least necessary. The next necessity I designed was to click a link and go to another piece of information, such as an X-ray image.
This side is the side of the assistant who manages the queue for the veterinarian.
Design techniques
I use red for urgency and normal blue to help manage my meet-up queue.
Outcome

The implementation of the new working system, along with its accompanying application, has significantly expedited service usage, resulting in a remarkable time reduction of approximately 20 minutes
Green indicates that the program can help better.
The brown color represents what the doctor or clinic has to do as before.
The users who are doctors and physician assistants have recently been very satisfied with the reduction in work time.
