Portrait Series: Child-Poverty
For this portrait series, I was inspired by my purpose. I decided years ago to work for an organization that fights for human rights internationally. One of the main things that I hear about is poverty, specifically child poverty in third-world countries. For this series, I drew different children in different stages of poverty: before, during, and after assistance from people like you and I. I wanted to draw emotion out of my viewers so that people feel inspired to donate to the organizations that help these children.
