My design for The Natural History Museum's Annual Report was based around two important highlights of their year - The discovery of a new fossil and their bird collection.
The front cover is made from plaster of paris, with their logo imprinted and the layout of text is designed on a grid based on the museums bird collection display. I wanted to create something which reflected the hands-on, innovative style and personality of the museum, whilst also challenging the idea of something which is conventionally uninteresting by making it a little bit more exciting.
