For this assignment, we were tasked with creating a poster along with three social media post for some kind of event. I chose to go a spooky route and have it be an invitation to a ghost party. I wanted to create a vintage Halloween party feeling to the piece and created the main font my hand in InDesign. I implemented this same style choice in the illustrative aspects of the piece, drawing in the ghosts and going with a color scheme that reflects the autumn season. I had a wide variety of concepts before settling on a design that was in the middle ground of my ideas to capture both a nostalgic and creative poster and media.
