This project showcases the beautiful landscape of Cote d'Ivoire or the Ivory Coast as it is also known, captured through film photographs taken during my trip from Abidjan to Assinie. Some of the photographs show the serene lagoon at Assinie, surrounded by lush palm trees, as well as the fishermen on the beach sorting through their catch.
While the grainy and oddly-coloured textures of my expired film adds a different feel to the images, I still believe they capture the essence of the beauty of the people and the small area of Ivory Coast I explored.
In addition, I've included a few snaps of Abidjan that I captured on my phone, providing a glimpse into the bustling capital city. Through my photographs, I aim to convey the charm and diversity of this West African country.
