Nest: Easing The Human Mind

New enviroments and heavy workloads create stressful situations for students on college campuses. With intentions of reducing stress and anxiety among college students, Nest functions as a isolation capsule designed to ease and clear the mind. By increasing serotonin and decreasing cortisol levels, visulization relaxation and sound therapies are utilized through an EEG sensor to enable students to step away from their busy schedule and allow for a short period of time to regenerate.
