Building Destruction Effect in Houdini, render with redshift. Some of the fractures like the main walls are fractured by custom hda which I prefer to use. I think it can get better results and more faster than default fracture tools. I just ignored the debris simulation and the bounce is not so nature, may be it need more test to get better result.
