In honour of International Women's Day on March 8, 2023, UOB has launched a refreshed campaign and improved CVPs.


The issue
Today’s woman is empowered. But having the freedom to choose 
doesn’t mean she always chooses what she wants. As she considers and accommodates the many needs and wants of the people in her life, seldom are her choices just for her alone. But now, more than ever, she should recognise that her desires matter, her choices matter. And they’re now easier to make than ever.

Although the key concept is around empowerment, the creatives should not come across as too feminist as it should be adaptable to our ASEAN markets.

Self-empowerment – Making a conscious effort to take charge and make decisions for yourself.
The KV and The Lady
The woman in these pictures exudes aspirational confidence, with a self-assured expression that show she feels in total control of herself and her world. Her confident, easy smile shows someone who is spontaneous and exuberant, ever ready to grab life with both hands. Her relaxed pose indicates a woman who is totally comfortable with herself and rarely - if ever - affected by what others think.
