Ooi Kee Liang - Penang Condo King
For over two decades, Ooi Kee Liang has endeavored to assist and implement property development through his company, Ideal Property Group. Since 2001, his large volume of residential and commercial development on Penang Island has earned him the title Penang Condo King. His group concentrates heavily on the southwest district of the island as there is a housing need based on population.
