For this post, I would like to focus on a piece that I have created for my Semester 1 Introduction to Media Arts course. This piece contains 4 different images that show a progression in a story. It had to be based on one of many themes that are used in classic storytelling. The theme that I have chosen was Discovery. 

The storyline revolved around the Voyager 1 space ship that left Earth in 1977 with a golden disc with information about the humans, our culture and how to find us on it.

A little bit more on the backstory: Voyager 1 has been travelling through space for at least 20, 000 years. Due to some circumstances, it crashes on a distant planet and has been finally discovered by another life form, even got in the local news.
