Fusion restaurants open up the opportunity to get creative by combining cultures to create beautiful new cuisine. Here in the heart of Philadelphia, we’re trying something unique when it comes to merging cultures. Using a bar and grill style, we revolve around Mexican and Irish fusion platters and drinks. We take the traditional fajitas and marinate them in Guinness beer to escalate the flavor of two cultures in one. We mix tequila with whiskey in our cocktails and we add potato crisps to our nachos. Welcome to a new cultural experience — welcome to Slainte a la Salsa.
