The Project Brief
I wanted to provide visitors my take on the GreenSpace+ project with a special and immersive experience, particularly emphasising on the target population of Generation Z.

I got the chance to create personalised brand touch points across the room thanks to the space layout and various zones given by the client. One of my design goals was to make GreenSpace+ a secure environment where Singaporeans can embrace their individual sustainability journeys and come together as a community.

I sought to inspire and educate visitors with a well created brand strategy and identity, as well as motivate people to take action. I urged the locals to take any form of green action as a stepping stone and actively give back to the community.

Brand Touchpoints
A cohesive and recognizable brand image is created by designing a similar brand identity across both online and offline touch-points, and this can help to foster customer loyalty and trust regardless of how they interact with the brand. Consumers will encounter the brand consistently thanks to the uniform branding, which can improve how they perceive and interact with the brand as a whole.

Elaboration on Touchpoints
Social media graphics were created to be visually appealing and successfully convey the brand's messaging on many channels. Signage and navigation are examples of way-finding components that were created to be immediately recognisable and to offer a smooth user experience. The volunteer identity was created to leave a lasting impression and convey to targeted customers the character and values of the company, as well as how volunteers are associated with the brand. Designing these touchpoints cohesively is crucial for developing a recognisable and consistent brand identity, cultivating brand trust and loyalty with customers.
