PYSTOMYTY
The challenge was to settle on the site a volume composed of the company’s offices, production facilities, transport and parking areas, while preserving the available greenery to create a pleasant working environment. It was important to combine different function blocks – office and production into one single coherent architecture.
The office area is developed as a three-level building that creates an emphasis on the outside and bright spaces inside. On the ground floor there is a lobby, a visitor service room, a conference hall.
Offices are designed to be sustainable and high quality, offering maximum flexibility to support the company’s growth.
Between the two blocks there is a cozy terrace, which is accessible from both the office and the production, and on the last floor you can find spacious terrace with landscaping and scenic views.
