Design a user-centric online experience, using data and in-depth research, to drive user action and business objectives for Nedbank API Marketplace.
MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Project Owners to discover business insights and challenges, while fostering a trusting relationship.
Work with the design team to define the problem statements and ideate How-might-we's.
Conduct a content audit, heuristics analysis and competitor analysis to create on-brand, jargon-free content that showcases the benefits of partnering your business with Nedbank API in a straight-forward, easy to understand way.
Design IA, page flows and user journeys with UX, CX and UI designers and identify existing components to enhance or develop.
Author, test and sucessfully deploy an MVP that meets user expectations and business objectives.
