This artwork is part of a duo called "Fog & Hope". I painted it on a 100cm x 100cm canvas using acrylic paint and airbrush. The painting serves as an homage to the moments when I lose myself in temporary hype, forgetting everything else around me. This piece was created for my solo exhibition, "FOG," which was inspired by the brain fog I've experienced for the past few years.
Fog is about the stages we go through while we want something, without realising. It is about daydreaming. It is about getting lost in possibilities. It is about desiring the next thing. It is about feeling excited, but always about “something else”. It is about comparing the current with what could be. It is about not being in the moment. It is about addiction of stimulation. It is about walking among clouds.
