SIGNAL is Twilio's annual customer and developer conference, speaking directly to it's millions of developers and product managers to put new customer engagement products into their tool belts that better equip them to solve communications and customer experience challenges creatively and effectively. As Twilio's success continues, so too has SIGNAL evolved into a tentpole brand event. Taking inspiration from their refreshed brand look, I partnered with Twilio's Brand Experience team on behalf of Intrepid Creative to create a storytelling environment that supported their brand messaging and tightened the focus on the people and products.
