So for this campaign, we aim to show proof that Money Back Guarantee exists, by sharing real stories by real people.
The video is a real life story that is narrated by the real life GoPay user with a classic rubber-hose animated cartoon as the visual. The imperfections on the way our users telling the story is where the magic are.
The key Visual is a direct message from GoPay, talking to the customer. A copy based print ad using the story we got from the interview to make the print ad relatable but keeping it still genuine & real with their real names shown and real happy faces captured.
