Funpedia is an activity “planning” app that provides users with instant, unique ideas on how they can spend their time. This app will either rely on user data (inputted and collected), or randomly generate options for multiple budgets, needs and numbers of people.

As a researcher, we want to find out how people are currently spending their leisure time during the pandemic, and how our product can fulfill their leisure planning needs in the most accessible way.

Our current hypothesis is that users want a quick and fun way to be recommended to new experiences that they can do with little preemptive planning.
