I.
I am no lion. I am not brave, I am not mighty. I have lost the will to live by the things attached to my name. Do not tell me that I am a king for that is a lie. I shall cut my mane, my crown, to let everyone know that my courage has been lost. Do not try to stop me. Everything you do will be in vain.
II.
I tried and tried and tried, but no matter what I did, I couldn’t cut my mane with a thing as small as this. Maybe I am good, maybe I am kind, maybe I can still be called the bravest man there ever was.
