The black-and-white documentary photo series was made in January 2010 at Isola. Its specialty lies in the fact that the pictures were taken in winter and they convey the feeling of Mediterranean life. All this is in such a way that the viewer experiences the feeling of social solitude.
The Isola series is an initial part of the 'Out of season' selection. In order to create the photo series, I always returned to the Mediterranean areas outside the tourist season. The pictures reflect the feeling of social solitude that I experienced during these travels.
