The design of the restaurant comes from inspiration of the area surrounding it and its history. The land it very flat without interruption from hills, mountains, and even large forests. The flatness and openness purposes the land to function as one of the greatest places to grow crops. Farming is looked on as very traditional lifestyle. This lifestyle is very simple, structured, and down to earth. The plains where the opening gateway to the west and hundreds of thousands covered wagons ventured through them. It was simple farmers that settled the plains and still today, it is simple farmers who work these lands. In this design there are several traditional forms and elements from the surroundings.
