I edited, directed, rewrote the script, and voiced these two commercials.

The client came to us wishing to create two videos to advertise and highlight their two machines. The client initially wanted to use pre-existing footage and a very wordy script, but after editing that together for them, they were not happy with it. So I devised a new direction and pitched a short and punchy script with a "built-ford-tough" style to create these two 3D-driven commercials. The following was my process:

First was the rewrite, the original given script was the red cards, my notes on the right.

Then came the synthesis of those ideas into a script by distilling my notes into key features and attributes, then weaving them all into a narration that professed these ideas.

For the tone and visual style direction, I looked to the very slick spaceship commercials made by Star Citizen as inspiration for how we may present a very un-sexy piece of machinery.
