South African Flag Stitching
Working through Paul Esteves's Patreon, I wanted to apply a South African theme to the Cloth Stitching sim. As South Africa is at a difficult place regarding politics and their electrical grid. I thought to center the project around loadshedding.
The base of this project is a swept curve, that gets cut in half and pulled through a vellum solver. Using the constraints to and point groups with a MOPS falloff to stitch it all together. Finally rendering with Redshift.
