Tito's 25th Anniversary Event Branding

Tito’s 25th Anniversary Trip was a charitable-bid consumer trip to celebrate the brand's anniversary in a big way. Since this audience didn't know each other, and it was the first time many of them, if not all, experienced Tito’s first-hand, RED VELVET aimed for a high-end yet slightly toned-down version of the annual Tito’s Big Adventure, bringing in unique aspects tailored specifically to this audience. We wanted the attendees to feel like Tito’s has thought of it all. With Tito’s, life is VIP, and we got to show off what that means in the brand's hometown, Austin, Texas — from no lines at ACL to a private happy hour area at Zanzibar. These guests of Tito’s left the weekend feeling that not only was their bid worth every penny, but even bigger brand loyalty to Tito’s.

Custom welcome boxes were dropped into each attendees' hotel room at the Austin Marriott Downtown as the first touchpoint of the overall event experience.
Contents of the custom welcome box included a welcome card, ingredients to craft a pair of Tito's soda lime cocktails and two custom sugar cookies from a local Austin baker.
The Tito's 25th Anniversary Celebration Dinner was hosted at Distribution Hall in Austin, Texas. It's 40-foot cyclorama wall served as a photo booth moment with the Tito's-branded Ford Bronco, but the curved wall presented a unique design challenge. This program element required close collaboration with the decal printer and installers, ultimately using a matte car wrap vinyl material to form to the curve as the creative solution.
Custom branded pedicabs provided transportation to attendees throughout the event weekend. The eye-catching Tito's 25th Anniversary branding ensured their free rides were easily spotted amongst Austin's competitive pedicab market. This event touchpoint was also created in close collaboration with our pedicab vendor to ensure designs were developed to fit each pedicab's technical specifications. 
Merchandise like "Crafted in Austin" game day t-shirts and Tito's branded aprons were designed as gifts for guests to wear proudly during their excursions to a University of Texas at Austin football game and a Lockhart, Texas Barbeque Tour.
