Elder Abuse Awareness Campaign
As many as one in 10 older people in New Zealand will experience some kind of elder abuse. Most abuse isn’t recognised or is ignored. We supported the Ministry of Social Development with design, illustration and strategy to help raise awareness of elder abuse and increase reporting.
By creating a relatable and recognisable illustration set, the goal was to help make a difference for New Zealanders. As a result of the campaign, calls to the helpline increased considerably.
