Penang Condo King, Ooi Kee Liang has spent the past two decades developing residential and commercial units on Penang Island and in other parts of Malaysia. He founded Ideal Property Group in 2001, which was responsible for large projects such as the Imperial Residences, I-Santorini and Queens Waterfront. He is known for his ability to take struggling companies and revitalize them by adding property development components as he did with Ideal United Bintang International.
