The Buckle Watch
Once again, I find myself seeking to solve yet another pesky inconvenience in my daily life through design. It's amusing how some things persist despite being suboptimal. One such example is the watch buckle. It's been 10-15 years since I abandoned wearing a watch on a regular basis because I already had a device that showed me the time, and the incessant discomfort caused by the darn buckle digging into my wrist didn't help matters. Given that computers and phones are ubiquitous in my life, making it effortless to check the time whenever I need to, it seemed impractical to wear a watch solely for that purpose.

However, I must confess that I'm a sucker for watches; their understated elegance and simple beauty make it hard to bid them adieu.

Thus, a few years ago, I devised a design workaround to address the problem, solely to retain the aesthetic appeal of watches. I hope you appreciate my ingenuity and please do share your thoughts on it. Your feedback means a lot to me.
