Crystal Touch Clinic serves a very niche market, by specializing in rehabilitation services to patients with complications after a long-standing facial palsy. We’ve partnered with the clinic to assist them with all marketing, branding and communication needs.

The website’s mission is to educate and provide support. With this goal in mind, the website guides visitors towards educational content, as well as registration for a consultation. After the new website strategy was created and published, there was a total of 20% increase in conversion rate.
The website is easy to navigate and understand where to find the resources or help the audience is looking for. The website is fully SEO optimized and ranks in the first pages (with some pages appearing as first results to specific keywords).
The clinic work in English- and Russian-speaking markets. Hence, the website has been fully translated into Russian by our team.
Website Design
The design choices were based on the brand identity that we've created for the clinic. The colors are calming and gentle, to have the audience feel at peace. This also mimics the atmosphere and the feeling of the actual clinic, to help unify both online and offline experience
