We were asked by Scottish Piper James Mackenzie to design a crest for his new reed-making business. The crest had to incorporate elements of the Island and the process which he crafts the reeds. 

Using images of his workshop and surrounds, we built a large crest in the shape of one of his reeds itself. It features the tools he uses and the machinery in the border and a set of bagpipes in the main image. 

We broke down the crest into a logo lockup and further down into a monogram.
