BOOK REDESIGN
The purpose of this project was to redesign a poorly designed book that contained large images and all the necessary components. Sample spreads needed to be redesigned such as Cover, Spine, Back, Full Title Page, Table of Contents, Chapter Opener, Text + Image (2 spreads), Mostly Image (2 spreads), and Mostly Text (2 spreads). My choice was
the book "Decorating Details" by Martha Stewart. The target audience of the book is mostly women aged 30-60, house-keepers, and those who are interested in decorating their homes. Assuming that I wanted to keep the design warm,
cozy, and clean.
