Residential Villa
This grand staircase forms the primary source of attraction upon entering the residence. Made with artisan teak newel posts and handrail, the staircase runs throughout the core and thereby highlighting the space. The balustrade is made of cast iron balusters with acrylic accent tiles placed at alternate positions. The structure of the staircase comprises of R.C.C. structure with Lapotra treads, tiled risers and stringer with painted finish.
