TikTok in Rock in Rio 2022

TikTok was elected as the most remarkable brand in Rock in Rio 2022.
Musicalize's job was to create and manage several spaces of the brand over 7 days of the festival.
As creative director, my role started after the agency wins the competition for the job, solving needs and creating solutions since brand and product activations inside the main public area, managing and helping the architects to create amazing spaces and mostly, to insert, improve and expand brand communication inside all TikTok's areas.
A pool fulled of teddy bears was one of the big ideas inside the VIP area, created by the architect and developed by Musicalize with thousands of teddy bears with TikTok's logo, which became one of the most desirable souvenirs in the festival and the cutest video booth for creators.
Ideas like candy tubes were inserted in the food and beverage area creating a lot of fun spots that attended the public and also creating lots of photo and video opportunities.
We managed a huge list of celebrities invited by TikTok during all the 7 days of Rock in Rio. Those visitors improved hugely the people's desire to enter the VIP Area and crowding the door of the space with hundreds of fans every day. 
One of my favorite roles was to design the promoter's uniform, another huge brand success in RIR 2022. The uniform was replicated by TikTok in other countries and even the brand's global CEO wore our look in various occasions such as lectures and events.
But the biggest success at all was certainly our gifts. Thousands os visors in brand's colors was distributed during the festival and miles of lines happens all day long in front TikTok House to colect it. 
People still sell TikTok's visors in eBay or Mercado Livre.
