Brand design for a Cycling Service startup base in Belgium - including naming, vision, mission , values, customer avatars and related graphic design.

The name needed to be easy to say in multiple languages, but different enough that it stands out. The "Be" in the name serves a double purpose of highlighting the brands Belgian routes and also as a verb signifying action and inclusion.
The icon is multi-faceted – combining a double 'b', an abstract of a front bicycle wheel, and the overhead view of a Dutch cycle path bridge.

The 'i' in 'bike' was switched to a 'y' to create something different and memorable.
The logo is tightly constructed and symmetrical.
The logo performs equally well in single colours, against white/light backgrounds or reversed against dar k backgrounds. 
The icon is simple, memorable and fits various app and social media spaces perfectly.

Now that the initial design work is done, work has begun on web and app UI, as well as physical brand media such as apparel, signage, and so-on.
