This was a cement brick carving. 

The idea developed from a blob of clay. I was playing with a small ball of clay looking for inspiration to make something. Something that I can make into a carving out of fly ash bricks.

And that blob of clay turned into something like a ghost figure. Not very defined one, but a rough or lets say distorted and simplified version of this. So I started with a basic structure and kept adding details to it. There was no sketch or a plan to work on, other than the piece of clay.
