MARCH was brought in to design and visual a series of spaces showing the potential of a NYC townhouse residence. The existing space is raw and unrenovated, so the building was recreated in 3d with modern finishes and a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The space was updated while retaining and restoring some period details. Certain spaces were developed with alternative materials and styling to appeal to different potential buyers.
