The packaging of KitKat 6 Chocolate Flavours was developed from the realisation of a design problem and to stay ahead of it's market. The packaging of KitKat 6 Chocolate Flavours was developed from the realisation of a design problem. The core problem is that consumers who are aged between 12 and 16 did not see the traditional Kit Kat as being relevant to them. From research, consumers prefer chocolate that is colourful, easy to store, shareable with friends and on the go.
The packaging of KitKat 6 Chocolate Flavours has 2 versions and is targeted at consumers who are aged between 12 and 16.The mini size is meant for people on the go, while the family oriented size is for sharing within the family. It comes in 6 different flavours namely Milk, Cookie Cream, Mint, Orange, Dark and a new flavour Rose.
 
The 'all in one' packaging allows consumer to share it with friends or family. It is also convenient to take it around due to the size. The chocolate bars will be in bite sizes so that it is easier to eat when on the go.
