Symbolism
The symbol in the middle of the cover is called "kanatitsa". This ancient ornament represents a stylized butterfly or a pair of wings and it's well known for its protection against evil forces.
It's been said that it also brings good luck and prosperity.
Color
Red is the color of vitality, health and love. In traditional Bulgarian wedding the veil of the bride is red. Red thread is usually tied on the wrist to protect against evil and to bring health.
This is not a non-existent album of the national folklore ensemble “BULGARE”.
