2022 Year End Campaign

In 2022, we created seven different campaigns for the Keplr Vision practices to use at their preference. These campaigns required assistance from strategists, copywriters, designers, web specialists, and operations specialists – otherwise known as all hands on deck. Each campaign offered two variations for the practices to choose from.
One of the ongoing challenges we face is that there are currently seven different platforms used for digital messaging. Each platform uses a different builder, tracking parameters, tokens, and image specifications. This makes attention to detail crucial for campaign success.

Challenge
Effectively communicating with the practices about upcoming campaigns. We want the practice input regarding whether they have space to accept new appointments or if they are booked out for several weeks.
Solution
With the assistance of our Marketing Operations Specialist (Michael Talley) we can create an automated opt-in/out using Microsoft's Power Automate. The information is stored in a Sharepoint List and interacts with our project management software to ensure tasks are assigned out and completed on time.
