When I was working in a museum as an art keeper (next to my studies),
I spent a lot of time watching a serie of drawings from Oskar Kokoschka, named Postkarten.
I then created my own serie of it, inspired of his drawings. Each one tell a particular story.
The first one I did is this one, an autoportrait. I do really like it, as I can really see myself in my krummen Garten.
I tried to make a digital version of it after a while, but in my sense, it misses the point of representing my garden as it really is, not perfect, but living.
Which one do you prefer?
